We Love Offering to Have Homes Staged for Our Sellers

It's so easy to be passionate about selling homes!

When it calls for it, Reed and I basically flip homes for our sellers. From coordinating contractors & vendors for everything from flooring, painting, landscape refreshing, cleaning, staging and then the pièce de résistance, professional photography.

Offering to include all of this in our commission has made the choice easy for our clients. Once we're done, these homes don't last long on the market, sometimes even in a buyer's market-they can generate multipe offers, and can sell up to 7% higher than competing homes.
